Grace is an attorney, educator, fair housing speaker, real estate broker, licensed residential builder, radio talk show guest and a former director and producer of the major television network program, "Builder’s Open House." She is the author of the textbook "Michigan Real Estate Basics" published by Dearborn Real Estate Education.
She is an active broker specializing in land use planning, conservation, asset protection, property management and commercial brokerage and is former legal counsel for the internationally recognized non-profit Real Estate Educators Association. Grace practices real estate and business law, as well as estate planning. Her primary focus is to help clients avoid problems and litigation by proper planning, preventative practices and sound policies.
Grace is an accomplished real estate instructor that has guided thousands of Michigan students. It is in this spirit that Grace has authored these Continuing Education materials.
