Shelley is the premier instructor at Active Education LLC. She is an experienced and gifted instructor whose high energy level makes her courses enjoyable and entertaining. Her experience as a licensed real estate broker and large franchised-office manager and trainer makes her classes practical and informative.
Shelley has been enthusiastically involved in real estate education since 1992. She is a successful real estate professional that is actively involved in real estate sales. It is this experience and practical common sense that Shelley transfers to the material that she writes.
In addition to her many other designations and accomplishments, Shelley is actively pursuing her Distinguished Real Estate Instructor designation awarded by the prestigious Real Estate Educators Association.

Grace is an attorney, educator, fair housing speaker, real estate broker, licensed residential builder, radio talk show guest and a former director and producer of the major television network program, "Builder’s Open House." She is the author of the textbook "Michigan Real Estate Basics" published by Dearborn Real Estate Education.

She is an active broker specializing in land use planning, conservation, asset protection, property management and commercial brokerage and is former legal counsel for the internationally recognized non-profit Real Estate Educators Association. Grace practices real estate and business law, as well as estate planning. Her primary focus is to help clients avoid problems and litigation by proper planning, preventative practices and sound policies.

Grace is an accomplished real estate instructor that has guided thousands of Michigan students. It is in this spirit that Grace has authored these Continuing Education materials.
